The Corner Rome is a 4-star charming hotel, with only 9 rooms where the personalization of the service and our dedicated 24-hour concierge will make your stay in Rome unforgettable. The house retains its liberty roots in the façade, in the terraces and in the gardens but, inside, it welcomes the guest in a game of neo-pop styles, designing the 9 rooms one different from the other. A refined refuge located beside the Aventine Hill, one of the best locations in Rome just 250 meters from the Circus Maximus and less than 1 km away from the Flavio amphitheater, the Colosseo. The password is admixture. Of eras, styles, environments, colors, flavors. This is The Corner Roma, sleeping, eating, having fun, relaxing, shopping, in all its aspects. The Hotel is an old style out of the ordinary reception welcomes you upon your arrival. The small concierge desk, in fact, leaves the leading role to the cocktail bar and its armchairs. Registration will therefore be as informal as it is welcoming and relaxing. SUPERIOR, DELUXE and SUITE rooms take shape on the three floors of the house. The presence in some of the austere marble fireplace, the state of the art armchairs and the rigorous design of the wood paneling of some rooms, find a more liberal effect thanks to the use of strong or soft pastel colors, played in contrast with the big leather’s headboards: lime walls with cyclamen headboard, midnight blue room with red headboard, the powder-colored one with mustard furnishings. All the rooms are characterized by the presence of b/ w photos, taken by Marcello Geppetti, between the 50s and 70s, a private collection with shots of the stars of international cinema in the Dolce Vita era. The permanent exhibition has been tailor-made for The Corner Roma from an archive that has over a million shots and which, for some months, has been traveling around the world. The Bar is in collaboration with MARCO MARTINI CHEF is opened from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to closing. A short distance from The Corner Roma there are numerous opportunities for a quick snack or to taste ethnic or traditional proposals, from the Greek restaurant to one of the best sushi in Rome, from Organic or Vegan to pizza. Furthermore, the most typical of the local markets of Rome, THE TESTACCIO MARKET, can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes and throughout the morning and until lunchtime you can taste the proposals of Roman and regional cuisine, sandwiches, pizza, and anything else you can imagine.
